SHIPPING INFORMATION

We do not ship over night, 2-day or 3-day on any orders. CO2 is not allowed to be shipped via airplane (Federal Law).

Products ship after your order has been processed (usually 1 to 4 days, but it can be as long as 45 days if item ordered is out of stock) your shipping time will be 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. All orders containing CO2 MUST be shipped via ground shipping since CO2 cannot be shipped by airplane.

If you pay by check your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared, usually 7-10 business days. Money Orders or Cashier's Check will be treated the same as cash and your order will ship as stated above.

All orders asking for any products to be left without an adult signature will be put on hold till a reply is sent or call confirming when an adult will be there to sign for the package or when you would be able to pick up your package at your local FedEx facility.

It is the responsibility of you the buyer, not TheAirgunStore.com A.K.A. U.S. Sales & Marketing, to understand your local, state, and federal laws before placing an order. If you are unsure of your state's laws pertaining to any products you want to order, you should consult local, state, and/or federal authorities to be certain you are not breaking any laws.

All airgun orders will arrive ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED. We will not ship airguns to persons under the age of 18, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Based on the state law we do NOT and can NOT ship Airguns or BB guns to New York City and its boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, these zip codes are: 100xx-104xx, 110xx, 112xx-114xx, 116xx), the city of Philadelphia, PA and Washington DC.

Residents of Chicago, IL cannot buy CO2 powered rifles, pistols or revolvers directly from us.

Residents of IL cannot buy air guns that exceed 700 ft/sec directly from us.

Residents of New Jersey can buy bb guns through a designated local gun store after acquiring an Airgun Permit.

Michigan residents, .177 CALIBER AIR RIFLES AND SMOOTH BORE AIR PISTOLS CAN BE PURCHASED DIRECTLY ON THE WEB SITE AND WILL BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO YOU. No air pistols (other than smooth bore) of any caliber can be sold to you unless the proper permits are issued by the State and local authorities.

Michigan residents, if you would like to purchase something other than a .177 caliber air rifle, we will ship it to you, however you will have to follow the steps below:

1. Inform our company of the item you want to purchase.
2. The item will be shipped to the designated dealer/retailer in your area. Your job is to find a participating dealer/retailer and let us know where to ship your gun.
3. Go to your local police department to obtain a Permit to Purchase the airgun. Each airgun purchase must have a separate Permit.
4. After the Permit is issued to you by the Police take it to the gun store where your gun will be shipped.
5. After the Permit is presented to the store and the fee is paid they will hand over the airgun to you.
6. Take the airgun back to the police department, where they will conduct a safety check and ballistics test.
After it is determined that the gun is safe and tests are conducted you will be ready to take the airgun home.

Due to the fact that we use an outside shipping company (FedEx and USPS), we cannot be fully responsible for shipping delays once the product has left our facility. If you receive your product in a damaged condition call us and let us know so we can assist you in the replacement of the damaged item. Call 630-479-1575 and let us know about the damaged item (leave a message if you call after hours and be sure to include your phone number and the best time to call you) We will do our best to work with the shipping carrier to replace the item and get you the replacement out as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person, company, agency, or organization at any time, for any reason whatsoever. We will not ship to any person under 18 years of age. Restricted items will be shipped "Adult Signature Required." Price and availability are subject to change without notice. However we do our best to update the product information listed here on the web site TheAirgunStore.com.

Backorders

You will be emailed about any item or items that you have ordered that is currently on back order or temporarily out of stock to let you know approximately how long before the item will be back in stock or what options are available and how you would like to proceed with your order.

Reason that orders can be canceled

Ship to and bill to addresses do not match.
Cardholder name and ship to name do not match.
No response or verification from e-mail
No response or verification telephone number
Declined or rejected credit card due to failed address verification
Declined or rejected credit card due to Non Sufficient Funds or exceeding the credit limit.
Orders from foreign countries. We do not process orders from Out of the United States, APOs FPOs, P.O. Boxes, The US Virgin Islands, Mexico, Canada or Puerto Rico.

Tracking numbers

If you placed your order within the last 1-3 business days, please do not request Tracking or Order Status information at this time. If you request a tracking number for your package, we will supply it as soon as we receive it from the courier via email.
